Teach Reality

For the imperfect, yet no less valuable
Fair beauty queen
Like Barbie doll
Bleached, waxed and tanned
Waist oddly small
Female envoy
Tour world around
What wisdom in
A swimming gown

Model me this
O runway queen
Hips swaying in time
Lights guide your stream
But in your youth
Was once your dream
A porcelain god
Forbidden cream

You manikin
On pages found
Entice us buy
Your lovely gown
Retouched, airbrushed
Size naught your style
Yet mine in Large
Does not beguile

Instruct and show
A normal view
There's more like us
Your numbers few
Yet young aspire
To what they see
Help them accept
We're all unique
